Definitely do not pop them - you could give yourself really bad scars that way.
All skin reacts differently to products - I know that my skin, for example, is incredibly sensitive and I can't use any products on them at all. I can moisturise maybe 2 times a week without my skin breaking out but that's about it. I've found that the most helpful thing for my skin is drinking lots of water and trying to eat more veggies, especially green leafy ones. I think it's a matter of trial and error to find the best thing that works for you.
Chin acne is often connected to hormonal fluxes - your hormones fluctuate throughout the month, so even if it's not around your period they could be popping up because of that. Unfortunately there's not much you can do about that besides going on BC and/or trying to reduce stress :(
I also recommend the egg white mask. It dries up all the oil in your face, but doesn't leave it dry - paradoxically, it moisturizes the hell out of your skin, and after you peel off the mask, wash off the egg white, and apply your usual toner/moisturizer, it'll leave your face baby soft. I'm actually doing it tonight :)
Try drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water daily, make a spritzer with a spray bottle fill with one quarter apple cider vinegar and water spray face daily be sure to avoid eye area, also keep hands away from face, squeezing causes scaring. That should do it.
