cervical inflammation?

so i went for my yearly pap in september. tests came back fine but i had some inflammation going on. does anyone know what this mean? i have to go back in march to see if it goes away on its own and if not they have to go a little further with things. ive been discharging but tests came back fine except the inflammation so idk. anyone heard of this
