Nope it's not. It was originally recorded by their side band The Cooties with MIke (vocals/bass) on guitar and Tom(guitar) on drums in 1997. Then in 1998 they released it as their first single off of "Slowly going the way of the Buffalo" which was their first album off of Tooth and Nail. I was so pissed when it came out.

The summer has made me a little nostalgic for some reason. The first time I saw Value Pac my friend and I thought they were ripping of some other band because they had a song on a T&N comp under a different name. I think it was at TomFest 2.
