I admit I had tears in my eyes by the end of this chapter. Know that the difficulties you had in writing it were well worth it; this chapter is by turns fun and brilliant and sad and heartbreakingly perfect.

I like the allusion to his weeping by the Trident and his rebirth there...born once by the river, and again in Sansa's arms.

Perfection.

I nearly started crying with Sandor there. Such a moving scene. Actually I love this whole chapter just as it his.

I should have asked for forever instead of just for time.
and Sansa's whole speech about home being the people you love and Sandor breaking down crying and this
Dipping one last time, Sandor brings his mouth to hers and whispers against her lips, "My little bird. My life. I love you so."

oh gods, so many feelings <3 <3 <3

Oh!! count me in with annestark and wolfgirl!!! i was teary-eyed, which is no wonder since this was quite an emotional and powerful chapter!! XD everything in it was very well thought of and expressed so you can be very proud of yourself cause we could feel sansa's desperation to make sandor understand as well as sandor's hesitations and then he cried manly tears and awww, don't know but yeah, just what a fantastic chapter!!! <3 <3

You had problems writing this? Impossible to guess.

I really loved the whole chapter; their little fight was touching and very believable. The manly tears were great, they moved me. Oh, and that sex scene? Sooo hot and yet not explicit (and although I have no problem with explicit, poetic sex scenes are great and above all, very less common).
