Life is a-changing. I find that - lack of funds aside - unemployment suits me somewhat sensationally. I spend my days doing not very much at all really; reading, writing, sleeping, and even the odd bit of sunning where possible, and my evenings have typically been spent wandering, lazing, drinking, and chatting with my favourite geek.
