auuuuuuuuuuugh, why has TDC become so hard to write? TELL ME. I feel so disconnected from the story, even though it's basically finished in my head. Maybe that's it. It's lost the dynamic feel to it. Hurm hurm ( Read more... )

sometimes it helps to write out of order, or write scenes you're excited about. sometimes it helps me to daydream about an epic or important or fun scene before I go to bed, or while I'm in the shower, to inspire me to write about it. even though I "know" what's going to happen (character x says blahblah to character z), there are still ways to make it dynamic and exciting, and sometimes you write things better than they were in your head ( ... )

Yea I used to do that too, but the problem was that all the fun scenes that I want to write, I've already written noooooo. Uuuur, but I'm trying to just write scenes that I am marginally excited about so I get stuff done lol. All good advice, thanks :D

I understand you brain's friedness though. I was the same way two weeks ago.
