Crown Heights... Bedford Ave & Sterling Place. Pretty much the only downside to the whole thing is that I'll be further away from you. BUT my apartment will be much nicer so you have to come over and we'll go play in the Botanic Gardens/Prospect Park -- both of which I'll be very close to.
