Usually I would consider myself a very lucky person. Overall, I have lots of things to be very thankful for in my life. Mainly I would attribute this life-affirming gratitude to all the wonderful friends I have. I like to think of them as consolation for my mediocre-at-best biological family. Lastly, I can understand how you feel about other people arguing...and bitching to you about each other..my parents are probably the earliest source of this major irritant in my life.
