installing Windows on a fresh disk is child's play. I strongly suggest you save yourself the completely unreasonable fee best buy will charge you :\

microsoft has optimized their OSs to a point where they're so user-friendly anybody can do it, granted they know how to tinker with BIOS. I could do it for you, or I'm sure I could even type out the instructions here for you to follow.
