i got home today and had all this energy, who knows why, maybe it was the CITRUS ORBS (omigod scooter you are such a goose), but anyways, i ran two miles of all hills, and then i did five hill repeats up my steep driveway. and then i did fourty pushups and a hundred crunches and i was just getting started on my heel drops when my mom dragged me off
