Did the bike shop guy really need to use the phrase "penetrating lubricant"?

I rode my bike to work for the first time this year today, but it was an adventure. I had left it outside all winter, and the lock was rusted shut. Gah. After phone calls to a bike shop and two locksmiths, I finally got it unlocked by using special bike lubricant (eeww). It was a close call, though. I almost had a locksmith come and cut the lock
