Have you ever noticed that no one ever wants to eat the last of anything in office kitchens? I was just in ours, and it contained a half-eaten avocado, a quarter of a bagel, and about 20 kernels of kettle corn. I ate the last of the kettle corn, and I don't care who knows it.

I think she wears a hair piece. That bun thing is just too perfect.

McCain's speech was incredibly boring, but at least it didn't make me angry.

Last night, I saw a man jogging while smoking a cigarette. My across-the-street neighbor saw it, too, and we both started cracking up.

I was changing out of my bike clothes in the bathroom when I realized that I had forgotten to bring a shirt. On Thursday, I went downstairs and out of my office to find that someone had let all the air out of my tires. So now I don't have those little cap things. I don't usually get angry. Or yell at people in cars. It's generally a bad idea to yell at drivers because they are in a heavy vehicle that could kill you if they ran you over on your bike. On my way to work yesterday, I saw this pair of (I assume) homeless people walking through Downtown Crossing. They were a strange pair. One was a young man with blondish, floppy hair and the other was an old woman with a potato-like face. And they were screaming at each other.
