Knowledge is powerful, so taking it away leaves us without a tool. It's normal in wars for armies to burn down enemy libraries and things like that.

Should try asking some of the doctors and whatnot round here, some could have gotten their books back and whatnot.

Though I only say that because I wouldn't trust anything medical related from the library, not to mention it's probably really outdated.

Everything here is a lot more advanced than what I've got back home. I think it might be interesting to see what sort of advances they've made since my time.
