Tonight I sat watching and listening to the news, and needless to say it was pretty dismal. However, two sequential stories caught my ear. They appear to be completely unrelated, but in fact, they both contain the seed that grows into almost all problems we confront.

I'm in full agreement with you. I will also add that this applies to the micro as well... relationships between two people and their interactions. If there is a disagreement, how the first person reacts or responds sets the tone not only for how the rest of it will go, but for the rest of the relationship ( ... )
