Just a little US college football thought

As an alum of neither school (in fact, I have never been on either campus), and truthfully, as a fan of neither school, and haveing an allegiance to two completely different Big10 schools (Purdue and Ohio State), I am absolutely psyched up for the first time Penn State plays Nebraska in a Big10 football game. Alright, I'll ask the obvious question....

Why?

Because Penn State and Nebraska are two of the all time classic college football programs that are always relevant, even if they aren't always good. And yet they have had very few historical meetings, maybe a dozen or so.

And recently they have been pushed a bit to the side in favor of some of the new powers, like Florida and LSU (and the reemergence of some old powers like Alabama and Texas) and it will be a nice hearken back to when I was first starting to enjoy sports.
