At the moment, Sears Home Appliances is not impressing me. I do not blame he customer service representative who tried to be helpful, I blame the faceless people who decided that information didn't need to be shared.

I want my washer and dryer, dammit.

Supposedly they will arrive on Saturday. I'm hopeful, but if they don't, I'm going to have to get cranky a someone.
