I have had it with this flipping cold from hell. If I'm not better by Monday, I'm calling the doctor and going in. Those who know me well know how serious this means I find this. Doctors and I have a long standing agreement: They help the people who are sick and need help, I try not to be one of those people

I've had some luck with fresh sage tea. Apparently it has strong antiviral properties. You can drink up to three cups a day if you're in the grip of a raging cold. A single cup a day was enough to ward off the Christmas plague for me.
