Well, a cynic might say it was to get 500,000 suckers to donate $1 each, plus whatever they could wrangle from the Canada Council For the Arts. Because today I agreed to his request for a bike ride. It wasn't very long, because I have a bit of a cold, and it was, quite frankly, very windy out there.

But I can think of worse things to do on Christmas Eve than go for a bike ride...

One hour until the office closes for the year. Now I just have to decide if I feel like reading through a couple last reports, or put it off until the new year. Correction, I have to decide if I feel guilty enough about the fact that I don't feel like reading the reports :)

Cell phones do not react well when immersed in coffee, even if the coffee is fresh roasted, organic, and shade grown.

I don't mind it when teenagers are stronger or faster than me. I don't mind it when they have cooler toys than me. The new kitchen breakfast bar/coffee bar/serving board is built. It also looks pretty decent, if I don't say so myself. I still need to wire up the outlets.
