Not an expert by any stretch of the imagination in the area you’re applying for, but with any job application I go through the “essential” skills required and attempt to give evidence on each on how I meet the criteria, starting with employment based stuff and then working down to anecdotal. I’d do these in bullet point style as anyone I’ve spoken to who’s had to evaluate these that a wall of text is a turn-off if you’ve got to go over 70 or 80 forms.
An HR person could probably provide more specific advice though.
