so ive got a doctor's appointment. it's at 5:15 today with freedman, i guess that's better than nothing considering i feel like i have some kind of demented foreign virus. maybe the mosquitoes bit me.

i quit smoking cigarettes!

and i also decided to eliminate alcohol. good for me, i am happy.
