This whole kerfuffle about crossposting posts or comments to Twitter or Facebook? I think it's a dumb idea for a whole slew of reasons.

My LJ is not linked to FB, and I don't have a Twitter account. I crosspost from my website blog to LJ, but not the other way around

We're in Vegan now? Cool! I've always wanted to be in Vegas :)

Twitter is useless, in my opinion, I don't have one and never will. Facebook is there for me to comment on other people's babbling and to use as my social calendar. Crossposting is just silly and I don't, and wouldn't, do it.

I see a lot of folks making similar comments in their journal. I'm resisting because I think that the few people who are linked to me on facebook and here, are smart enough to know better.
