Seeing as this was a long review my phone didn't want to let me reply *sighs*.

Anyway, it's nice that some readers are familiar to the original fairy tale so can comment on it. Yeah, I wanted to keep the unfinished shirt in as it always seemed kind of important...one of the reasons the Princess was upset was that she was unable to finish the final shirt after all. Yeah, Poor Mordred, I'm sure he will look even more adorabubble with a Swan wing though. Thomas Collins is dealt with, in fact, Hunith let her children deal with him.

PS: Yeah XD. One sibling can look different...my siblings are both blonde and I'm a red head ha ha.

I'm glad you LOVED it.

I enjoyed this story. It was very sweet. ♥ Poor Merlin - doing what he could to save his siblings no matter if it meant losing his voice as he worked on the shirts. I like how even in this AU, Arthur still grows close to Merlin. I found it a bit funny (in a good way) that Merlin thought serving a Prince was more interesting than being one.

I'm glad that Sophia paid for her crimes and Merlin's siblings were de-swanned. So sad that Merlin has to leave though, but at least Arthur will visit him. :)

I haven't read the story this is based on, but I may have to check it out.

Thanks for writing this all the same. It was a nice read. :)

Ah, i'm glad you found it sweet and enjoyed reading it. Yeah poor Merlin but it did allow him to meet Arthur. Oh yes, Sophia certainly paid ha ha and the siblings were de-swanned. You should read it ant thanks for reading this and commenting.

That was lovely! I saw the summary and sort of had a massive squee attack, because the fairy tale is one of my favourites (though truthfully this is likely because of the novel 'Daughter of the Forest' by Juliet Marillier) and well, it's Arthur and Merlin, so how could it go bad? And it didn't! It was lovely and sweet and wonderful.

Squee attack...awesome! I've never read it but the actual fairy tale is one of my favourites. How could it go wrong...well in plenty of ways actually ha ha. I'm glad you thought it was good though. Thanks for reading and commenting.

I've read the original fairy tale, and I loved this! The way you fit the two together was amazing, and the reasoning for why Merlin wasn't able to finish the last shirt was an excellent adaptation. The details of Arthur with Merlin's voice at the very end was lovely, and the overall progression was brilliant. Awesome! ^+^

Thanks Nyxie (you don't mind me calling you that do you? I'm just used to seeing you called that.) It's cool to have an awesome writer such as yourself commenting on my work. As much as i like m-preg i didn't wanna go down the baby eating route so I tried to make it work with the characters. Few so the descriptions of Arthur were alright. I'm glad it progressed well ant thanks for reading/commenting.

Haha, Nyxie's all right. :) I'm flattered to be considered an "awesome writer". The fairy tale is a weird one, and as such I think you managed to combine its key elements with that of Merlin quite well. I hope to see more of your work around. ^+^
