I just wanted to say thanks to all my super nifty friends who sent me well wishes, and battymaiden  who called and made me laugh, while plotting more revenge schemes. Mwaha. I am going home to my parents tomorrow night, so that might provide a nice break, but I really wish it would all just go away.  If somebody figures out how I can kick the world’s ass, please let me know.  In the meantime, I think I’ll call my mom, make some comforting dinner, and zone out on tv.  

So I know I'm not the first, or the last to say this, but thank god we have a new president!  I'm so glad to see that maybe someday in the not too distant future, I'll be able to proudly say that I am an American.  Until then, I guess I'll stick with Californian, even though that has some annoying attachments too, but I won't get into that since I' ( Read more... )

So I went to Friday Night Waltz last Saturday for the first time.  It was awesome!  Yay to sylphbranching  for getting me to go!  I had so much fun learning new moves and the cross step waltz in the class.  The contra dances were loads of fun.  I even got to swing dance, which I haven't done in years!  I used to go swing dancing in high school with a couple of ( Read more... )
