I just had the standard generic blues progression in my head -- hence the post title, because the basic blues structure uses three chords: the tonic (I), and the fourth and fifth steps up from that (IV and V). Sorry, it's much easier to explain with either sound clips or hand gestures (preferably both!)...
Ha! The best it's come up with so far is "Blazin' Boogie Saxman," which I'm going to... wait, wait, scratch that! We have a late entry! "Hornman Hollerin' Gale"... or "Boogie Shorty Gale"? Ooh, now I got "Boogie Horns Hunter." That sounds kinda alarmingly euphemistic. :)
