My dad got some good news yesterday, the tests didn't show anything wrong and thought the bleeding was just caused from dyberticulitus and didn't seem concerned. He was really worried about cancer so it was a big relief. Was going to be sent home yesterday but his blood count was low and decided to keep him for another night.

Came home from church tonight, yes twice in one day, and saw a note that my dad was taken to the hospital because he was bleeding from the rectum. I know its not a pretty topic. But would appreciatte any thoughts or prayers. Thank you.

Has anyone been watching much of the Olympics? I've watched some when there hasn't been anything on as I never seem to have much interest, but I do end up getting a little hooked when I do tune in. Went to the boy's high school basketball game last night, where I had been a sub, was the last one of the year and I had promised a player on the team at tbe start of the season that I would go to a game and had never made it. It's official, I'm fired. Went to the high school today and was told that I'm off the calling list. Nice of them to let me know. I'm not going to let them dump me without being heard.
