The results of my Behavioral Assessment that I took at work early yesterday morning had me listed as: INFP. I for Introversion. N for Intuition. F for feeling. And P for Perceiving. people aren't happy unless they're neatly placing others in a pigeonhole of some sort.
at my work, it's the inepts, illiterates and asslickers who get the upper and managerial positions. they're the ones who walk around doing nothing all day except for picking a bit of fluff off the ground, or straightening a can or two, for 60k a year. I call them "T and T's" = Tie and Title. Meanwhile, the intelligent, individualistic types are usually placed in custodial or cart-pushing jobs, do the most work for the least money, and get treated like absolute shit. I often see them out in the parking lot discussing things like string theory.

Oh, totally. I find myself trying not to socialize with co-workers other than at work, but they probably see me as that asshole that isn't a team player!
