Australia... what fresh hell is this?

I'm really starting to hate my apartment, something is always fucked up. I've taken a cold shower the last three days in a row, not as much fun as it sounds I assure you. And it's not just water that's not hot, this water feels like it comes straight from alaska to my bathroom. The elevator messes up once a week. My bedroom door has been broken
