I'm sorry this has happened to you. I can assure you there are plenty of great guys out there. Yes, they *are* few and far between, but they are out there.

Keep on forgiving. Not only is that a good trait to have, it's also a healthy one. Not forgiving only harbors resentment and, in the end, it hurts you and only you.

People confuse "forgive" with "forget". Just because you've forgiven someone doesn't mean you have to forget what they did to you. Now, that's not an excuse to bring up the transgression repeatedly until the end of time. Rather, it's an internal point of reference for you to use so you don't get caught up in their bad behavior in the future.
