*wibbles* Oh, Dean, baby... *strokes his poor face until Seamus bats my hand away* So the aurors, death eaters, interrogation, evil plots totally stress me out-- it's brilliant and you did a great job, but that stuff always stresses me out. Probably why I don't read a lot of H/R post war auror duo foiling death eater plots!fic, because I get all nervous and twitchy. Dunno why. What a horrible horrible thing to do to muggleborns! I'm all sad and indignant and wanting to punch Lestrange meself. *shakes fist in rage then cries*

And I love this scene with Seamus and Dean after his memories are taken out. It's lovely-- lonely and reaching and empty and hopeful and painful and all sorts of other things that make it resonate so well with me. Wow, this chapter is intense. But it needed to be, didn't it? All your always-awesome comic relief that peppers the other chapters would have sort of detracted from the power and impact of this section. (btw the icon is totes for the Seamus "I can do that" quote)
