So, problem employee turned in her notice after the previously discussed issue. Which I totally expected so I was well-prepared with knowing the resume/interviewing process was about to happen. good for you, not bothering to pay to list a job in this market.

as someone who has been looking for a job in accounting for several years, it's nice to see that even if i am way less qualified than the people I'm up against, at least someone who is on the other side sees in interviews what i see when I fill out apps.

Bloody hell...I'm always bitching about how tough it is to find a job. But now that you mention it, it must be even tougher to find a qualified anf legit person to fill a position. I give you major kudos.

people really use all caps in cover letters?? why would you do that? :|
