That sounds like a complete nightmare! I feel so bad for both the dogs and you. Along with having a dying dog. I complete empathize with trying to give pets meds and special foods. It's so hard. I hope it clears up soon.

OMG that is so horrible!!! How could someone do that to your dogs? Sometimes I hate people.
