There seems to be no rhyme or reason behind what PB tos's.

I had a bunch of CKR sex scenes tos'd 'cause the woman's nipples were visible but naked Craig answering the door from Last Night was okay with them. *shrugs*

I never even read their ToS, because I assumed I was going to violate them. In terms of copyright anyway. Same with filesharing sites. Maybe I'll go read, just out of curiosity.

Re: inconsistency, it's probably just very open to individual interpretation, and maybe different employees have the job of trawling through for stuff they don't like?

that pic got pulled? wow.... there is no end to pb's stupdity and inconsistency... maybe they have a team of lil old ladies and if a certain image causes one to pass out they delete that pic? i had some pics of MYSELF pulled... and i *dont* do nudes, let alone post them on pb. like... um... what??!

i never do 'get' that fine line of pb tos... i think my pics were pulled because they were fetish related, but they werent remotely pornographic.. *sigh*.
