This guy came into the bank, wrote a note on the back of a deposit slip a note in poor handwriting "I have a gun, give me 50's and 100's." He then proceeded to say "now, charles" several times tensely, and banged his hands on the counter

no mask and i'm assuming there are cameras aimed at the other side of the counter... wow. well, you're ok- which is more than i could say for myself. i'd have freaked out.
