I appreciate any event that offers t-shirts in size below L, and I double-appreciate a conference which concieves of the notion of females being at it. I find that on me, the baggy conventional t-shirts have shoulders in the wrong place, if they have a logo on the front it's generally placed oddly, and the straight cut makes it fit wrong either in the chest or in the hips (or both). The style on the left is actually shaped in a way that more or less fits my body - the shoulders are on my shoulders and not my upper arms, I have room for my breasts, and it's easier to move in something that doesn't feel like a missized sack
