Finally getting used to our stove. I've been trying to figure out the exact formula to eliminate burning, yet still fully cook the meat.

Subtract about 100 degrees from given temperature, and 20 minutes or so from cooking time. Although cooking to taste still works just as well.

Got the broccoli perfect! Not squishy at all.

my new stove is crazy hot too. I made curry rice and chicken and stuff today. It was good. :)

I dont have many probelms with the stove, being that i'm pretty consitant in what i cook (there is little variance in eggs and ramen), but holy shit is that oven a roulette wheel of shadow and flame.
