the desire to mark Scott just then - to mark him as Logan's - is nearly unbearable.

YES, do that, Logan. *nods*

I like reading WIPs if I can get in at the beginning, which I have, so yay! And GUH.

I really like how you're following the movie and providing a different glimpse as to why Logan's acting like he is with Jean. I've never been a fan of the Jean/Logan pairing in either comic-verse or movie-verse, but the only thing I like about it is that it never works out and is usually angsty :)

You should get the X1.5 DVD, which has a great extended scene in Logan's bedroom between him and Jean. I think you'd like it. I think there's more Logan/Scott interaction, too.

There should ALWAYS be more L/S. *nods*

Anyway, liking this a lot. Looking forward to more, yay!

I love the idea of marking someone. I hope I don't end up overusing it here (though I think it wouldn't be SUCH a bad thing if I did, hah).

I'm glad you started reading when it started! It's nice to have someone reading along. Is most encouraging, you know? :)

Yeahhhh, I wasn't sure following the movie would be good but then I just sort of started and found it sort of worked so I guess I'm sort of continuing in that vein. Sort of. *snort*

I'm not one for the Jean/Logan love so much either, I must confess. And I do have the X-Men 1.5 edition, but haven't really looked at anything on it other than the stuff dealing with Alan Cumming/Nightcrawler. Cause that's what caught my eye first.

Mmmm, L/S.

Thanks! I hope to keep up a chapter a day. I'm WAY excited, anyway. Which is nerdy, but I like nerdy. :D

I am so loving this. One can never have too much Logan and Scott. I look forward to seeing what happens next. I would love to see Scott's reactions to Logan as well.

I'm glad others are interested in this pairing. I really like it though, so I'm biased. Heh.

Well, there's a little bit of that in the next chapter, but I dunno, it's a little harder for me to write Scott right now, so most of the story is probably going to be from Logan's view. I hope it reads okay regardless.

Thanks for taking the time to comment, and for reading. :)

Logan and Scott! Yay!

and how did I miss the first part of this? I don't know, and not it bothers me.

Anyway, this is great fun. I've always loved Dom Logan and thinks-he's-dom Scott, it's cute.

with Logan and Scott I'm always a fan of marking, because it seems like something a rather feral Logan would do to mark his territory... even though from what I understand wolverines don't mate like wolves do... are they territorial? I don't know.

and this! is by far my favorite line: while half of him wants to push Scott through a forest of angry staplers

hehehe :D

can't wait for more :D

Yay indeed! As to how you missed the first part, I wasn't sure if it was a good or bad thing to link as a work-in-progress was updated, so I waited until the second chapter was done before deciding I may as well try to gain some readers via communities.

I don't know about wolverines at all, actually. I suppose I should look that up in the next few days. Hmm.

Hah! I'm afraid that was my own humour sneaking in, but I'm immensely amused that you liked it as well. :D

Thanks! Hope the rest reads all right, and I'm glad you were willing to give it a shot!

This is tasty. I love me some movie'verse L/S. I really loved the "forrest of angry staplers" line. :)

And you seem to share my general thoughts on the true emotional dynamic between Logan, Scott and Jean.

That works out well for me then, cause that's what I'm having the most fun writin'. Hah, and double plus points (whatever those are) for liking the stapler thing. :D

I'm actually open to many interpretations regarding that, but for this story, that was the dynamic that worked best.

Thanks for reading. :)
