Apple has new volume controls for the iPod, so you can set personal volume limits. Not that I care one way or another about this. But apparently this is a result of being sued. From the article on Yahoo news: Earlier this year, a Louisiana man filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming that the iPod can cause hearing loss in people who use it.Here are ( Read more... )

Sign me up for that class action lawsuit against God. Man, did he ever build a planet full of potential liability. Clearly God is one negligent being. Perhaps he could settle the lawsuit with a 50 hour calling card - which is what AT&T is offering me for this goofly class action lawsuit I've been dragged into. Only it would have to be a 50 hour calling card to the afterlife. That would be sweet. I'd feel compenstated for the danger of fire, war, the afore mentioned sun, cancer, bullets, etc.

Mike, hasn't the Twilight Zone taught you anything? A phone line to the after life will only drive you to an attempted suicide by drowning in a swimming pool. Take a cue from Billy Mummy and just say no to posthumous phone calls.
