spring in the 'hood

cherry blossoms and a flowering tree i like (and will spend the next two hours trying to identify. Is it a kind of magnolia???)

The first two are Japanese cherry trees (the light pink ones). The last pic is a red flowering dogwood. The last one is a bad photo; I was standing underneath a branch and photographed the blossoms from underneath; plus the color is off.
