DR SNAPE REVEALS THE SECRETS OF MUGGLE BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Ricinus communis, castor oil, ricinoleic acid and undecylenic acid

Ricinus communis is the Latin name of the castor plant. Its oil contains ricinoleic acid, which helps castor oil retain its fluidity at very high and very low temperatures. If you break ricinoleic acid under pressure, you get undecylenic acid. Undecylenic acid is used in cosmetics to soothe the skin and kill fungi. It is also very effective against itches, rashes and cold sores.

Dr Snape thinks this ingredient deserves an E (Exceeds Expectations)
It's good for your skin, even in winter, and it's 100% natural. Oh, and I use it on my hair regularly. :P
