Cameron liked to think that she was a woman who stood on principle. A person who could not stand by her word could not be trusted.
But House was in pain and she ached to go to him, to help him through it.
She knew as soon as he and Stacy back to the office that they had slept together. Why Stacy had gone home, she didn’t know. But it was a crime to leave anyone in pain the way she had left House.
Then again, there was still a hole in her heart where she had once loved House.
