In short, yesterday I went to the district-wide orchestra concert at the high school and a girl's bridge flew off during a piece, and the day before that I went to the town band concert in the park, and does anyone want to go to the Music is Art festival? I saw Edward Scissorhands yesterday, what a great film. And a few hours ago I watched the pilot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that I have on tape because the computer was taken and there was nothing on TV and I have no books to read. i wathced miss universe today b/c there was nothing else on, the girl who came in fifth place, her question was "what failure in your life have you learned the most from" and her answer was "i fell and hit my head during my first pageant! after that, i learned to walk properly and here i am!"

Its really scary, this not really knowing what to do. People shouldn't be allowed to make decisions like this in sixth grade and never waver. Kids decide based on what they see; teachers, firemen, actors, the usual things that kids want to do because that's all they're exposed to. Yesterday I went to a BPO concert, it was cool. They're going to Carnegie Hall this weekend. Then we sat in the car and talked till midnight. I'm happy that I can be honest with her about how I don't know what I really want to do and she doesn't get mad. Then I came home and watched Big Fish, cool movie.
