Since I haven't posted in ages I thought I better. However I can't be bothered so I'm just going to give you something to think about...

Do you run because you are afraid or are you afraid because you run?

Fear is just one of those warnings in our emotional core telling us that there is something dangerous to run from, but I don't think we run because we are afraid. Because before fear, is the reason to be afraid, and there lies the neccessity to run.

What it saying is that say you were afraid of something and you can't face it, so you run, ignore it or avoid it. But what happens when you become so used to 'running' that you 'run' automatically without even thinking about facing your fear until you come to a point where the fact that you're 'running' make you assume that you're afraid whereas really it's the running that makes you afraid. And then you're at the stage where you can't not 'run', because you wouldn't know what to do if you didn't. Thus you are afraid because you run. So what do you do?
