Wonderful Movie....

I had been looking forward to seeing "Alice in Wonderland" at the movies with Amy, and I wasn't disappointed. It felt good to step into another world for awhile. It was a great grown-up version of the movie, for all of us who loved it as a child. The vibrant cinematography brought wonderland to life. I loved the Cheshire cat! And Johnny Depp

Glad you enjoyed the movie.

I never saw Alice as a child. I don't even think I read the book. Do you think I could follow the movie not really knowing the story except that Alice went down this hole?

I believe that you can follow it. The concept behind Alice is fairly well known without ever having read the book. The movie doesn't even really follow the book anyway, so you'll be all set.

I'll see it one day. Manolo isn't big on that sort of movie so I'll wait until the dvd comes out. I have a special interest in seeing it as I played the Mad Hatter in our high school production of Alice.
