in these times of greatest uncertainty...
he wasnt sure how long hed been on the beach. indeed, that didnt seem to matter much to him anymore. it was sometime longer than a week and less than a year, but this didnt matter. hed learned to live with himself over time. it wasnt like they always said. the first night wasnt the worst. the first week wasnt really that bad, comparatively.
