Granola Recipe

Here's my take on granola. I have been making this for more than 10 years.

9 cups large oat flakes
3 cups barley flakes
2 cups rye flakes
2 cups spelt flakes
2 cups wheat flakes

Looks great, but I don't think I have a pan big enough to hold all those flakes!
