Patrick Hodges

I see Patrick Hodges played in Larry Rand's Phoenix tournament on April 21, and won $80. The tournament was rated by WGPO. As far as I know he has still not complied with the requirements to have his NASPA suspension lifted. Has WGPO made an organizational decision to allow him to play in their tournaments regardless?

He complied with the requirements a few months ago ($500 donation to charity)

Larry had posted some information about the charities and copied various people from NASPA, WGPO, as well as Joe Edley. I can't recall what they were, but they were organizations I had heard of. One was related to health and the other to animals, I think. Larry could tell you for certain.

AFAIK, the decision was a unilateral one by Rand, accepted by WGPO, at least at the time of that tourney and your shortly thereafter post. NASPA's disposition came months later. From the NASPA
Directors' private pages on the Wiki:
"Suspension was lifted provisionally on 2012-05-30 and finally on 2012-06-13."
This disposition generated a very brief discussion on the NASPA Directors' yahoogroup. The method by which restitution was made was questioned, but ultimately later accepted by the AB and Execs.
