this was so wonderful - i love how the flashbacks flow in and grant and gerard's past evolves to be almost another character. frank's reticence to let gerard in on his troubles - to protect him in two ways is just... it's so FRANK. and it's adorable and heartbreaking, and mikey in this is just... wonderful. i love this but it actually made me really sad - please some day maybe there could be more? i definitely didn't want their story to end. beautifully done.

This was awesome! It was fun, realistic and adorable. Really enjoyed the time period it was set (you could really tell from the details, like language and clothes) and the characterisation. Mikey and Gerard's relationship was also fab. Liked this a lot :D
