everyone already knows that you are a leader, 'stina, and i don't think you should blame yesterday on yourself. as far as i can see, you already have influence over everyone in that boat because you have the, unattainable for most, erg score. and you are a kick-ass captain. i can see how v got mad about it, but you guys have to know that #1 you already are the fastest boat we've got and #2 it's only november. plus, the second half of practice is already a little ridiculous considering we've all been up since 5.
you guys have the ability to go far this season, but it's not going to be worth it if you have anger. plus, this isn't worth doing for vertullo or what he thinks. "to thine own self be true." and that's all you can ask for in life.
