I think a lot of my current emotional problems may be alleviated by forcing myself to be a morning person again for a little while. This can't happen working nights, I really did try to go straight to bed when I got off of work but it's just impossible.

i often find i can generally help emotional problems in two manners -- being around other people (usually the less the better) and being more productive.

the first is probably a result of my generally reclusive self longing to communicate and unfortunately, in certain situations of bad company, only makes things worse.

some people claim that early rising helps productive. i personally fear regular schedules and habit, so it doesn't really work for me but if it does for you (i seem to remember that being such) as it does for most people, go for it.

I'm more productive when I'm an early riser only due to my line of work, not due to who I am.
