You don't have to be scared of that. I think if she doesn't remember you straight away, she'll remember you after you have told the story to her.
It's very unlikely that she would remember you after all these years, but it could also turn out to be good encounter.

I think we exchanged stories, it was ages ago though. I met a boy a few summers ago, we kissed and he gave me his phone number, my phone got broken so I couldn't call him and then I moved to Copenhagen. :'(
